Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

At Baldy Books, we are excited to share Baldy’s America with families, classrooms, and communities. We carefully package each order to help ensure your book arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order.

Please note that delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of Baldy Books’ control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Baldy Books is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you have concerns, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

If tracking confirms that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and reach out to us so we can help investigate. Baldy Books cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages
We want your Baldy’s America book to arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a manufacturing or printing issue, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos showing the damage or defect
   

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or, when appropriate, a refund. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for additional details.
