Every Baldy Books order is carefully inspected and packaged by hand before it leaves our headquarters.

What if there's a problem with my order?

We take great care to ensure every book leaves Baldy Books in excellent condition. If your order arrives with significant shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@baldybooks.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Whenever possible, we will gladly send a replacement book. If a replacement is unavailable or you prefer not to receive one, we may issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
